BigMat is first and foremost a local company that makes a point of keeping people at the heart of its customer relations.
With its network of members across the country, but above all close to its customers, BigMat builds close relationships. Close to people, close to what matters to them.
By equipping a club close to its sales outlets, the brand contributes to the development of these sports associations, their members, volunteers and supporters, thus pursuing its mission with its core values: service spirit, excellence, sharing and solidarity.

Once upon a time... people count too.

In the early hours of the morning, with the sun barely out and the gates barely open, the entire BigMat team is having coffee in the break room. The first customer has arrived. He's early, but he's not waiting outside; he's got a coffee in his hand too, sitting in that same break room laughing with all the employees. He's more of a comrade than a prospect, because at BigMat, people count too.
BigMat knows that putting people at the heart of a project is one of the fundamentals of amateur sport. So it was only natural that Les Bâtisseurs du Sport was born.

Jersey, shorts, socks.

Match kits are a recurring budget item for clubs. Every season, nearly 30% of the total equipment budget has to be renewed. This is where BigMat comes in. Clubs now have an additional budget to allocate to expenses that are sometimes ancillary, yet so important, such as travel to competitions, or training with the recruitment of instructors.

🎥 Évreux Agglo Handball

Much more than sponsorship.

BigMat has built up its support for partner clubs brick by brick. From the very first season, the brand supported handball players as they progressed, notably with the involvement of Thierry Omeyer, emblematic goalkeeper of the French handball team, and later young basketball players with NBA player Boris Diaw.
Following sporting and fun challenges organized on social networks, the winning clubs had the chance to welcome the champions for a tailor-made meeting.
As well as delighting licensees and coaches, these initiatives have generated a real buzz among club supporters and strengthened their attachment to BigMat, which has enabled them to enjoy this wonderful experience.

Because it's more than just sport.

At BigMat and Les Bâtisseurs du Sport, discipline is of little importance. That's why we've supported clubs in so many different sports. What counts is the sharing and togetherness that clubs embody so well.
These multiple seasons have made BigMat a committed local supporter of all those clubs that bring families together, help children grow up and make the work of thousands of volunteers shine. Because sport is more than discipline, and people are more than sport.

Ultra-local activation, embodied on a European scale

Across Europe, BigMat has 934 members who share the same values of teamwork and mutual aid. Already closely involved with their local ecosystem, the stores have been sharing a new key moment with these hundreds of partner sports associations for the past 5 seasons: the official presentation of outfits.
This solemn moment generates a buzz on social networks, with all store managers handing out the prizes to club volunteers and members.

A commitment that goes further...

In addition to the prize money, BigMat is committed to renovating the sports facilities of its partner clubs.
Amateur sport also means hundreds of sports facilities, some of them dilapidated and in need of refurbishment. This state of affairs has given rise to a number of activations alongside our partner clubs: Les Bâtisseurs du Vestiaire.
For once, BigMat is using the collective's strengths and expertise to take part in a project to renovate the infrastructure of clubs in need. In 2021, several clubs will see their infrastructures renovated thanks to the commitment of their sponsor.
BigMat suppliers, club leaders, town hall representatives and BigMat employees are all involved in renovation projects.
