Born of a meeting between advertising experts and sports equipment professionals for amateur clubs, act for sport enables (inter)national brands to support this associative ecosystem by creating magnificent communication campaigns.
Our aim is to support advertisers in CSR schemes with high societal value, while ensuring strong, surgical and committed visibility.
Since 2019, act for sport has enabled some 30 brands to equip more than 200,000 sportsmen(ve)s within 8,000 amateur clubs like pros: Unibet, Uber Eats, Groupama, etc.
Joining our team of enthusiasts means committing to clubs to support their structuring and development.
Today, act for sport is looking to expand its team and is seeking a new marketing intern! Under the supervision of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying our future partners and supporting the strategic recommendations for our most successful sponsorship initiatives. Are you organized, creative, and proactive? Join our team to carry out your assignments, which will focus on two main areas:
1️⃣ Identifying business opportunities :
👉 You'll follow and pass on news about our business
At the crossroads between the advertising and sports sponsorship markets, you'll be able to keep abreast of the latest operations and keep a meticulous watch on the highlights of our business.
👉 You will identify sales highlights
You map major sporting events and list proactive prospects.
👉 You analyze our market
LinkedIn posts, newsletters, podcasts, conferences… you identify where market players are positioning themselves to help us stand out and move forward.
2️⃣ Highlighting our solution as the best sponsorship tool
👉 Prospecting
Once the prospect has been identified, you orchestrate a contact that leads to an appointment.
👉 Sales meetings: Taking briefs
Attend sales meetings: You actively listen during briefings to fully understand the client’s needs and identify our value proposition.
👉 Customer proposal: Writing recommendations
After internal discussions, brainstorming and a feasibility study, you'll take charge of writing the proposal on Google Slides in collaboration with the sales team.
👉 Adapting our media to international markets
Particularly at ease in English, you create, adapt or translate materials dedicated to international operations.
👉 Communication and promotion of our solution (articles, posts)
You’ll help raise awareness of act for sport among our target audiences by writing blog posts and social media posts.
- You are a master’s student, ideally at a business or communications school, or at a university with a specialization in marketing and communications.
- You have a good understanding of the advertising industry and/or sports sponsorship.
- You are creative, organized, and know how to prioritize your tasks.
- You are proficient in Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
It's a plus if:
- Bonus: You have experience working at an agency or in advertising
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
