Junior OEM Project Manager

act for sport offers a unique sponsorship solution for amateur sports. Born of a meeting between advertising experts and sports equipment professionals for amateur clubs, act for sport enables (inter)national brands to support this associative ecosystem. Our aim is to support advertisers in CSR initiatives with high societal value, while ensuring strong, surgical and committed visibility.

Since 2019, act for sport has enabled some 20 brands to equip more than 160,000 athletes in 6,000 amateur clubs like pros.

act for sport is expanding and looking for its new recruit as Equipment Project Manager! Under the supervision of the current Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the equipment we offer to clubs. If you're extremely rigorous and know how to use your initiative to solve problems, come and join us!

Initially, be responsible for the smooth running of sponsorship operations and their delivery:

1️⃣ Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers (brands, distributors, logistics, marking, etc.).

2️⃣ Ensure that equipment prices are properly communicated internally.

3️⃣ Place orders, monitor production and adhere to production schedules.

4️⃣ Select and solicit marking and logistics service providers.

5️⃣ Manage disputes with all external players.

In the medium term, you will become a strategic element in the relationship with our various suppliers:

1️⃣ Contractual relations with external stakeholders

2️⃣ Analyze and optimize purchasing costs for sponsorship operations

3️⃣ Process the various interactions (internal and external)

4️⃣ Creation of a brand database with up-to-date prices

5️⃣ Optimize all our purchasing costs

• Ideally, you have a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in an internship/work-study program/junior permanent contract with a sports equipment brand or distributor, in logistics or purchasing.
• You leave no stone unturned and you have an eye for detail.
• You have a real passion for sports equipment.
• You're known for your motivation, autonomy and curiosity.
• Rigorous and flexible, you're highly adaptable.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and stress management.
• You're not afraid to move around our warehouses.

Accompanied by your manager, you will be trained in the following tools (any knowledge already acquired will be a plus):

• ShippingBo (or other OMS, WMS, SMS)
