Assistant Supply Project Manager

act for sport offers a unique sponsorship solution for amateur sports. Born of a meeting between advertising experts and sports equipment professionals for amateur clubs, act for sport enables (inter)national brands to support this associative ecosystem. Our aim is to support advertisers in CSR initiatives with high societal value, while ensuring strong, surgical and committed visibility.

Since 2019, act for sport has enabled some 20 brands to equip more than 160,000 athletes in 6,000 amateur clubs like pros.

Joining our team of enthusiasts means making a commitment to clubs to support their structuring and development. It also means helping to demonstrate that communications can be genuinely and sincerely committed.

act for sport is expanding and looking for its new recruit as an assistant supply project manager!

Under the supervision of the current head of supply, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the equipment we offer to clubs. Would you like to become a sports equipment expert? Initially, be responsible for the smooth running of sponsorship operations and their delivery:

1️⃣ Placing orders and managing relations with our suppliers/equipment partners
2️⃣ Ensuring an optimum level of service, monitoring production and complying with production schedules
3️⃣ Managing relations and daily monitoring with marking and logistics service providers

In the medium term, you will become a strategic element in the relationship with our various suppliers:

1️⃣ Contractual relations with various external stakeholders
2️⃣ Analyze and optimize purchasing costs for sponsorship operations
3️⃣ Optimize all our purchasing costs
4️⃣ Create relationships of trust with our partners/suppliers/service providers

• Ideally, you already have experience with a sports equipment brand or distributor, in logistics or purchasing, and/or you know how this market works.
• You leave no stone unturned and you have an eye for detail.
• Rigorous and flexible, sudoku holds no secrets for you.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and stress management.
• You want to become an expert in sports equipment and help amateur clubs.
• You want to work in a human-sized company with an incredible (and super modest) team.
• You love endless debates!
