Saint Maclou, the interior decorating brand, is getting involved in sports sponsorship by dressing more than 3,000 amateur rugby.wo.mens starting next season. Yes, rugby! 🏉

And not just any game: the one played in rugby schools on Wednesday afternoons! The one with friends and fun, but also with parents gathered at the edge of the pitch.

A national ambition supported by local stories

With its network of stores throughout France, Saint Maclou is committed to local development, supporting one club per outlet.

A global ambition supported by a nationwide call for applications which attracted over 1,500 entries. But above all, it's a story that's going to be written locally, as the winning clubs will receive their equipment from Group employees in their stores.

"St Maclou shares the same human values and commitment as rugby. Supporting amateur clubs, and more specifically children aged 8 to 10, allows us to reaffirm our desire to be close to our local ecosystem," explains Frédérique Grigolato, Marketing, Digital and Innovation Director at St Maclou.

"The Rugby School is the heart of the reactor! The 170 young members, in all categories from baby rugby to under-14s, are the present and future of our sport and of Rugby Club Roubaix", says Léonard Delcourt, President of RC Roubaix.

St Maclou pulls out all the stops for clubs!

It's a great promise for clubs: Kappa equipment donated by the company! For players and educators:

"The #YourSportingProject operation is first and foremost recognition of the work carried out on a daily basis by our educators and volunteers. And that's very important! It's also a real vector of attraction for our club and its region. Finally, it's a partnership that proves the richness and dynamism of our region, since Saint-Maclou's head office is less than 2 km from the club" concludes Léonard Delcourt.

And since all good things have no end

In addition to the equipment, St Maclou will be supporting its partner clubs throughout the season on social networks via the hashtag #TonProjetSportif.

The brand has a few more surprises in store to keep its club community alive and shining in the eyes of young (and not so young) oval ball fans.
