A long-term commitment

By adopting a corporate social responsibility policy in the early 2000s, Bouygues Telecom has committed itself to promoting collective action and solidarity.

15 years ago, our employees decided to go one step further by committing the Group to more concrete actions in line with its mission: to enhance human relations. The mission of the Bouygues Telecom Foundation is to encourage the work of associations that support the ideas and convictions of the company's employees.

In September 2021, Bouygues Telecom strengthened its CSR policy by signing a charter of commitments to associations.

Develop knowledge and understanding of the associative world
Creation of an Observatory to measure associations' perceptions and needs in terms of digital transformation, in partnership with ObSoCo (Observatoire Société & Consommation).

.3 million associations operate solely with volunteers. To encourage this act of commitment, Bouygues Telecom has developed a platform to put associations and volunteers in touch with each other. Whether for recurring or one-off missions, everyone can find the mission that suits them in their geographical area.

Helping associations modernize through digital transformation
Bouygues Telecom is committed to supporting associations in their modernization by developing training modules that are made available to them free of charge. To go even further, the operator has developed an internet offering(Bbox Asso) and services dedicated to associations, such as the OHME CRM.

Helping associations to structure and enhance their impact measurement
Set up a tool to measure the level of digitalization of associations, enabling them to assess themselves.
This "digitization score" will be a tool for enhancing the value and performance of associations, and can be used in calls for projects.

Supporting the development of local associations
‍The
Foundation enables Bouygues Telecom employees to commit to the missions of the associations it supports, at the rate of 14 h per year, during working hours.
In addition to national sponsorship contracts with Samusocial de Paris, the Break Poverty Foundation, La Croix-Rouge Française and Benenova, the Foundation has supported over 450 local projects in recent years.

Together in the field, supporting sports associations

Bouygues Telecom is making a commitment to amateur sport, the core of social cohesion, by providing 50 clubs throughout France with new match equipment.

Over the summer, more than 1,800 applications from handball, basketball, rugby and soccer clubs were reviewed, with the aim of advertising 50 clubs in a multi-local media plan at the start of the new sports season.

Map of the 50 selected clubs

In order to create a close relationship between the clubs and the brand, Bouygues Telecom used its territorial network to deliver the equipment to the stores, thus creating a link between the Group's employees and the volunteers of the new partner clubs.

As well as providing equipment including sets of jerseys for 2 teams, the operator will be at their side to encourage them and share some great moments of emotion. Several video capsules are planned to highlight the beautiful stories of these clubs and share the intense moments that punctuate the lives of amateur athletes.
